Hey there! So, we’re pretty proud of our products at Alprio. They're all about getting rid of those annoying fleas and ticks without having to use harsh chemicals. We’re pretty sure you and your furry friend are going to love them. But, you know, sometimes things don't work out as planned, and that’s okay too.
Try It Out for a Bit
We really believe in what we’ve made here and suggest you give it a go for at least a week to see the full effect. If, after giving it some time (but within 60 days), things aren’t looking up, just shoot us an email at support@alprio.com. We’re here to help.
Changed Your Mind? No Biggie
If you have a change of heart about your order, you’ve got 24 hours to let us know. We get it, decisions can flip as fast as a pancake. If you cancel in that time, we'll sort out your refund within a week. If it's been a bit longer, chances are we’re already on it, getting your order ready.

Not feeling the love after a couple of weeks but still within two months? That’s cool. Just reach out. While we can’t refund any shipping costs, we're definitely keen to sort things out for you. Drop us a line with your order details, and we'll take it from there.
Got a Damaged Item?
We pack our stuff tight to avoid any mishaps, but accidents happen. If something’s not right, let us know within three days of getting your order, with a photo if you can. We don’t cover regular wear and tear, but if it's on us, we'll fix it.
About Shipping Snags
We aim to get your order to you pronto, but sometimes delays happen that are out of our hands. If there’s a hiccup with the delivery, your best bet is to contact the courier directly. Once it’s out of our hands, it’s a bit out of our control, including lost or delayed items.
Whoops, Wrong Address?
Totally happens to the best of us. If you spot a mistake with your shipping address, let us know within 24 hours. If it’s already on its way, it might be a little tricky to reroute.
